Extract from Professor Leon Kan-Maguire's book "Dessert Scorpions" noted on Neil's post war years -
"Neil farmed lambs and Hereford cattle on the Campaspe River north of Melbourne for a number of years before taking up a managerial role in a flour milling and grain merchant firm. His work involved extensive travel selling grain to South-East Asia and to Saudi Arabia and Yemen. He has since passed away."
